Welcome Back to School!

It’s hard to believe that we are already gearing up for the 2010-2011 school year! We have been busy this summer with summer preschool, clubs and Eaton University. We have also painted all the rooms and the teachers are eager to get reorganized and ready for kids! Included with the newsletter you will find information on our open house, school starting dates, the school calendar and your financial statement for August. Please submit the payment due by August 15^th. Please remember if your child qualifies for transportation, we need your transportation forms submitted before school starts. The bus garage will be calling you once they receive your transportation form to verify pick up and drop off times.

Below you will find your child’s teacher and days that we have your child attending. If this has changed or is incorrect please call us as soon as possible as all our classes are filling up quickly.

Upcoming Events

July 30, 2010: Last day for Eaton University

August 13, 2010: Last day for Summer Preschool

August 16, 17, 18: Preschool Closed for teacher in-service and work days

August 18, 2010: Open House from 4:30-6:30

August 19, 2010: First day of school

(If your child attends Monday/Wednesday the first day of school will be Monday, August 23)

September 6, 2010: Closed for Labor Day

Tidbits to Remember

School Hours:

Tuition: 7:15-4:30

All other programs: 8-3

Lunches:

Please provide your child with a nutritious lunch in a lunch box with cold pack and drink. We have microwaves in the room to heat up lunches. Lunches need to be prepared and ready to re-heat. Please do not send packaged macaroni and cheese etc. that teachers need to prepare.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Please remember to sign your child in and out at the front desk and at your child’s classroom. The West Parking area will be closed for buses from 7:30-8:00 and 2:30-3:00. Please park on the south side of the building or on the west side of the building on the street. Thanks!
